I love creating visions of how I would utilize and enjoy each space. If I were the new home owner, my first house warming party at 17 Lincoln would undoubtedly be on the roof top deck. I can see it now….. a cool summer evening, french jazz music subtly playing in the background, candles flickering, harmonious laughter from my sun-kissed guests, fresh Hors d’œuvres & the murmur of delight as the last glimpse of a Newport sunset slips away. Now that’s living!
